November 7, 2025 — Rockstar Games has officially announced that Grand Theft Auto VI will now launch on Thursday, November 19, 2026, pushing the highly anticipated title several months beyond its previously expected release window.

In a statement shared today, Rockstar apologized to fans for the delay, acknowledging the long wait since GTA V’s original release in 2013.
