GTA 6 Trailer 3: Are Rockstar’s Latest Job Ads Dropping Big Hints?

GTA 6 Trailer 3: Are Rockstar’s Latest Job Ads Dropping Big Hints?

When it comes to hype, few games in history can rival Grand Theft Auto VI. With more than nine months still left on the clock before launch, the internet remains buzzing with leaks, rumors, and endless speculation. Now, fans think Rockstar Games may have just dropped its biggest hint yet about the next trailer.

A Quick Recap

The last official update from Rockstar came back in early May, when Trailer 2 dropped alongside a wave of fresh screenshots, new artwork, and an updated website. Around the same time, we also learned the game had been pushed back—delayed from its original Autumn 2025 window to May 26, 2026.

More recently, Take-Two Interactive (Rockstar’s parent company) confirmed this new release date during its August 7 earnings call, but fans have still been waiting for signs of what’s next in the marketing rollout.

Clues Hidden in Job Listings?

As spotted by @GTAVI_Countdown on X (formerly Twitter), Rockstar has quietly posted new job openings that seem to line up perfectly with the production of a new trailer.

One listing is for a Narrative Video Editor, with Rockstar stating:

“Rockstar is on the lookout for a highly capable and experienced Narrative Editor to join our Video Production Department. The Video Production Department creates all trailers and video assets released online, on social media, on broadcast TV and in cinema.”

That’s not all. Another listing seeks a Motion Graphics Artist, with the description highlighting work on high-quality assets for trailers, social posts, TV commercials, and cinema campaigns.

What This Could Mean

While Rockstar hasn’t officially confirmed Trailer 3, these hires are strong signals that the studio is ramping up its marketing efforts. Given the scale of GTA 6, it makes perfect sense that a third trailer could already be in the works—potentially showing off even more gameplay, story elements, or the expansive world of Vice City.

For now, it’s still speculation, but one thing is clear: Rockstar is gearing up for the biggest launch in gaming history, and the hype train is only accelerating.
